However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Under certain US state data protection laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws.
Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request and the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you to submit such request on your behalf.Appeals

12. THIRD-PARTY DATA, ACCURACY, NO ENDORSEMENT, AND USER RESPONSIBILITY
KlevrPay uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to connect and gather your data from financial institutions. By using our services, you grant KlevrPay the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with Plaid's Privacy Policy.
Financial data provided through Plaid or other third-party sources may contain errors, omissions, or delays outside of KlevrPay's control. KlevrPay does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of account balances, transaction history, credit limits, interest rates, or any other financial information displayed within the app. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data and should consult your financial institution directly for authoritative information.
The inclusion of any credit card, financial product, issuer, or third-party service in KlevrPay does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by KlevrPay. KlevrPay has no affiliation with, and does not receive compensation from, the card issuers or financial institutions whose products appear in the app unless expressly disclosed. You are solely responsible for evaluating any financial product before applying for, using, or making decisions based on information displayed through our services.
13. EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ONLY – NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
KlevrPay provides educational information only and does not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. KlevrPay is not a lawyer, tax advisor, broker, or financial planner. Any insights, analytics, scores, recommendations, or other information provided through our application, website, or services are for informational purposes only and should not be considered a recommendation to take or refrain from taking any particular action. You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial decisions, and you should consider consulting a qualified professional before making any financial decision based on information provided by KlevrPay.
KlevrPay does not guarantee any specific rewards, cashback, points, miles, credit score improvements, interest savings, or other financial outcomes. Actual results will vary based on your individual spending patterns, card issuer terms, credit profile, eligibility, and other factors outside of KlevrPay's control. Any projections, estimates, or "potential earnings" figures shown in the app are illustrative only and should not be relied upon as predictions of actual future outcomes.
The KlevrScore, card recommendations, and any other analyses provided by KlevrPay are generated by algorithms and artificial intelligence models based on the data available to us at a given point in time. These outputs are not infallible, may change, and should not replace your own judgment or the advice of a qualified financial professional.
14. ALERTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Alerts, notifications, recommendations, and similar features within KlevrPay are provided for your convenience. We do not guarantee their delivery, timeliness, or accuracy. Alerts may be delayed, prevented, or contain inaccuracies due to technical issues, third-party delays, device settings, network connectivity, operating system behavior, or other factors beyond our control.
KlevrPay is not responsible for any actions you take or fail to take based on alerts, notifications, or recommendations. You should not rely solely on push notifications or in-app alerts for time-sensitive financial decisions. If you disable notifications, change devices, or experience connectivity issues, you may not receive alerts or updates, and KlevrPay is not liable for any consequences resulting from missed notifications.
15. THIRD-PARTY REWARDS PROGRAMS AND CREDIT CARD TERMS
Credit card rewards programs, benefits, interest rates, fees, and terms are set and controlled by the individual card issuers, not by KlevrPay. These programs may be modified, devalued, or discontinued at any time by the issuer, with or without notice. While KlevrPay maintains a database of credit card information and conducts regular audits to keep this data current, we do not guarantee that any specific reward, benefit, rate, fee, or bonus shown in the app reflects the most current terms offered by the issuer at any given moment.
You are solely responsible for verifying credit card terms, fees, interest rates, and rewards structures directly with the card issuer before applying for a card, making a purchase, or otherwise relying on information shown in KlevrPay. KlevrPay is not responsible for changes to third-party rewards programs, changes in card terms, or any loss of expected rewards, benefits, or savings that result from such changes.
